90-Day No Hassle Return / Exchange Policy If you would like to return your purchase for an exchange or refund, please follow the instructions below:
1. Repackage your return items in the exact condition and packaging as it was delivered.
2. Complete the return form and include it in the package. Please specify if it is an exchange or return. If the package is a return please clearly state which sunglasses you would like. 3. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing of returns and exchanges. Returns will be refunded to the same card used to make the original purchase. We will refund promptly, please allow extra time for the refund to show on your billing cycle.
4. All return shipping cost for exchange or refund will be paid by the buyer. All return shipments for defects or mishandling by us will be paid by OC Shades. Please contact us for procedures for defects or damaged items. We do not reimburse shipping cost.
5. 1st time exchanges the shipping cost to you will be paid by OC Shades, 2nd and 3rd time exchanges regarding the orginal order are paid by the buyer. Three exchanges regarding the same order is the limit. 6. We gladly accept all exchanges and returns that are unused, or defective. |
