The OC Shades return policy: We are commited to our products and we want you to be 100% satisfied. We understand it may be hard to choose the perfect fit sunglasses without trying them on, if for any reason you would like to exchange or return the product we have a 30 day no hassle policy.
OC Shades Quality Assurance All orders go though a quality inspection prior to shipment to assure customer satisfaction. All in stock items are securely packaged and shipped via USPS. All sunglasses are guaranteed to be in new condition upon arrival. 30 Day No Hassle Return / Exchange Policy If you would like to return your purchase for an exchange or refund, please follow the instructions below: 1. Repackage your return items in the exact condition and packaging as it was delivered. 2. Complete the return form and include it in the package. Please specify if it is an exchange or return. If the package is a return please clearly state which sunglass you would like. 3. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing of returns and exchanges. Returns will be refunded to the same card used to make the original purchase. We will refund promptly, please allow extra time for the refund to show on your billing cycle. 4. All return shipping cost for exchange or refund will be paid by the buyer. All return shipments for defects or mishandling by us will be paid by OC Shades. Please contact us for procedures for defects or damaged items. We do not reimburse shipping cost. 5. 1st time exchanges the shipping cost to you will be paid by OC Shades, 2nd and 3rd time exchanges regarding the orginal order are paid by the buyer. Three exchanges regarding the same order is the limit. 6. We gladly accept all exchanges and returns that are unused, or defective. 90-DAY SUNGLASS WARRANTY We offer a replacement program if your sunglass are found to be defective due to craftsmanship under normal wear. Please return your damaged item with a check or money order for $5.00 to cover processing and shipping for each item. Please make payment payable to OC Shades. Do you refund shipping charges? We refund shipping charges in the following cases: 1. We ship an incorrect product. 2. We ship a broken or defective product. 3. The carrier damages a product during shipping. If we re-ship a product in these cases, we do not add another shipping charge. |
