- SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- US Shipping
- OC Shades always offers shipping via USPS First Class Mail for FREE as well as 2-3 day priority shipping within the US for a low flat rate of $3 per order. Items are usually shipped next business day and have a transit time of approximately 5-7 days with first class mail. Priority shipping usually takes 2 days to major metropolitan areas, and 3 days to more rural areas. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday will ship out on Monday. Please note that while 2-3 day priority shipping is fast and usually ships next business day, the arrival time is not guaranteed. If you need a guaranteed arrival time, you may purchase upgraded shipping options at an additional charge. Please contact customer service for any additional questions.
- OC Shades offers worldwide international shipping by USPS Air Mail for a low flat rate of $3 per order. Typical transit time is between 5-10 days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays for longer times.
OC Shades also offers expedited international shipping by USPS Global Express Mail, for a flat fee of $30. Shipping time is typically 7-15 days, but as with Air Mail, orders can occasionally be delayed in customs. Global Express Mail also provides full tracking of your package during transit.
- RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- We are commited to our products and we want you to be 100% satisfied. We understand it may be hard to choose the perfect fit sunglasses without trying them on, and if for any reason you would like to exchange or return the product we have a 30 day no hassle return policy.
- US Returns & Exchanges
- Items purchased from OC Shades are exchangeable or returnable for a refund to your credit card or Paypal account, less shipping charges, if received within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Complete the [return form] and include it in the package. Please specify if it is an exchange or return. If the package is a return, please clearly state which pair of glasses you would like to exchange it with.
- International Returns & Exchanges
- With international returns, the same terms as US returns apply. If you encounter delays with your purchase clearing customs in a timely manner, you may contact customer service to obtain approval for a late return.
